A typical project consists of Six phases.
- Initial consultation Matt will:
- discuss your project ideas - evaluate various options or obsticals - provide our references and credentials - settle on initial solutions to your project - talk through the preliminary project budget & schedule
- Design services (if required) / project estimating.
- Final Plan and budget review. Signing of contracts upon owner approval.
- Construction phase (we beleive in clean job sites and timely completions).
- Any changes to scope of work will be approved in writing prior (Reb change order)
- Project completion
